Return & Refund Policy

Important: Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. The “Check on Delivery” Rule: At Nanokart, we offer a strict Open Box Delivery policy to ensure transparency.

  • You MUST check the product in front of the delivery man.
  • Please open the parcel, inspect the item for any damage, defects, or correctness (color/size) while the delivery personnel is present.

2. When to Return: You can return the product IMMEDIATELY to the delivery man if:

  • The product is physically damaged or broken.
  • The product is different from what you ordered (Wrong Size/Color/Model).
  • The product has missing parts.

If you find any issue, simply return the parcel to the delivery man and do not pay the amount. If you have already paid in advance, we will issue a refund (see Section 4).

3. After Delivery Policy (No Returns) Once the delivery man leaves your premises, the item is considered “Sold and Accepted.”

  • We will NOT accept any return or exchange requests after the delivery man has left.
  • We are not responsible for any damages or defects reported after the delivery is completed.
  • Please do not accept the parcel if you are not allowed to check it.

4. Refunds for Advance Payments: If you have paid in advance (bKash/Nagad/Card) and you return the product to the delivery man because of a defect/issue:

  • The courier will mark the item as “Returned.”
  • Once we receive the update from the courier, we will process your Full Refund within 48-72 hours to your original payment method.

5. Out of Stock Cancellations: In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock (inventory error), we will cancel the order and issue a full refund immediately if you have paid in advance.
